Cancellations

  • Once a service is booked and payment is completed, cancellations are generally not permitted.
  • In exceptional cases (such as duplicate payment or technical errors), you may contact us at support@mahaposh.ai within 48 hours of the transaction for review.

Refunds

  • Non-refundable services: All POSH compliance services, training sessions, and consulting packages are non-refundable once booked.
  • Duplicate/failed transactions: If your account is debited multiple times for the same order due to a technical error, we will process a full refund within 7–10 working days after verification.
  • Service not delivered: If a paid service is not delivered due to our fault, you will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling of the service.

Rescheduling

  • If you are unable to attend a scheduled training or consultation, please inform us at least 72 hours in advance. We will work with you to reschedule without additional charges.
  • Last-minute no-shows will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
